My Journey and Commitment to Wellness Coaching

In the summer of 2021, I faced numerous personal challenges: supporting my mother through breast cancer treatment, confronting my own high-risk breast cancer status, experiencing perimenopausal symptoms without clear medical guidance, and neglecting self-care due to overwhelm. These experiences highlighted the importance of having support during such times. Connecting with a coach provided me the confidence to advocate for myself and seek appropriate care. This journey inspired my dedication to offering wellness coaching to others.
